Sports Day 2015
Sports Day is a great afternoon of outdoor activities and exercise with our cross grade level buddies. The St. Patrick's School Family Groups each dress up in a color and a theme and play a variety of field games at the local park. An annual tradition at the St. Patrick's School is celebrating St. Patrick's Day in a fun and crazy way. It is a day when all the students creatively dress up in green wigs, green clothing, green hats, green shoes, and green accessories. Santa is coming to town!
On the evening of December 5th, Santa came to visit the St. Patrick's students and their families. He told some of his favorite stories and led everyone in Christmas carols. There was plenty of hot chocolate to go round and holiday games to play. Our sixth grade elves helped with all the activities. Grandparents Day
St. Patrick's hosted its annual Thanksgiving program for Grandparents and Special Friends on Tuesday. Guests participated in cooperative learning activities with their grandchildren in the classrooms and then enjoyed a Thanksgiving performance by the students. Our fifth grade class hosted a special assembly on November 11th to honor veterans in our community. Annual Jog-A-Thon – Get your Running Shoes Ready!
